We are affiliated to La Maison Personnalisée, which has been designing and building in the Cahors region since 1977. It is headed by the leading architect of the area who has been instrumental in all of the house designs.

The employees range from architects and surveyors to building foremen and assistants.

The organisation also consists of an estate agency which is part of its success: there are always a large number of building plots available to clients.
The UK office, which runs under the name Dordogne and Lot Properties, is based in Oxford and is there to assist clients with the technical side of the purchase and the French building system.
